By accessing or using TickerMind (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TickerMind is an informational platform that monitors news relevant to your stated investment portfolio and delivers impact context via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp notifications. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on TickerMind constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice. All alerts, AI-generated summaries, and portfolio chat responses are informational only. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (Pulse, Signal) are billed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping data, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, sharing account access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the Service are the property of TickerMind or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
